Workshop „Visions of Europe from Late Socialism to EU Enlargement“

Am 8. November 2024 organisieren Cristian Cercel und Daniela Simon zusammen mit James Koranyi (Universität Durham) das Workshop „Visions of Europe from Late Socialism to EU Enlargement“. Im Rahmen des Workshops wird Daniela Simon eine Präsentation mit dem Titel „Provincial national egoism in the ‘experimental Euro-garden’. On the trail of intellectual debates in Istria and Vojvodina in the 1990s” halten, während Cristian Cercel und James Koranyi über “Germans as Bridge-Builders? On the Construction of European Germanness (or of German Europeanness?) by German Expellee Organizations” sprechen. Der Workshop wird vom Journal for European Studies gefördert.
